This session will address issues that Oregon cannabis laboratories have come across in the current medical marijuana law and recommendations on how to address these issues under recreational marijuana. It will also review the major topics associated with the rule making process for laboratory licensing, certification, and testing requirements. This will provide education for processors and producers on topics that will affect the success of their business model.
