I have been consulting to businesses around the country for the past 30 years. Clients range from small, one-person businesses to large corporations. The cannabis industry is particularly interesting and challenging to me because your businesses face so many hurdles to success. What I do -
I bring ideas to the table to improve your business. I look for inexpensive opportunities we can exploit for growth. I have always been able to improve a business. You can hire me for an hour or a year. That's up to you. I often start my work with a new client by visiting the business and getting a good grasp on how you can benefit. After that, much of our work can be done using online conferencing. Sometimes my time is spent teaching how to create financial plans using tools like Excel and sometimes we dig in and fix the accounting. Every business, like the people who own them, is unique.

Better. The goal is always "better". My goal is grow your business as quickly as possible by helping you with any area of business where there is opportunity. We might work on marketing, morale, efficiency or use of technology. Getting simple systems in place can often make the difference between success and failure.
