Telemedicine law has expanded over recent years, and legal dialogue and guidelines surrounding telemedicine are continuing to change. Doctors and patients in over 5 states can now legally evaluate patients through telemedicine communication without a prior face-to-face appointment. While this opens many doors for companies looking to use telecommunication for medical services, there are still medical guidelines that must be followed and it’s important you know facts that can protect you.

I heard Marijuana is legal in Nevada now. Do I still need a Medical Card?

Yes, you still need a medical card. You are allowed have up to an ounce of cannabis flower, legally. However, it is unlikely that dispensaries will be licensed to sell recreational cannabis until 2018. Until then, you will need to use your medical cannabis card to purchase cannabis products.

I began the journey of developing fro3zone out of the need to find a way to save my dogs who were infected with a mold crossed with a bacteria called Thermophyllic Actinomyctes. My best friend worked for the FDA and she had urged me to find ozone i.v. treatments which had already saved my life and was how I ended up in Nevada as IV ozone treatment was not legal in California, my then state of residence.

Through my experience with i.v. ozone I became a speaker at a medical conference in Newport Beach for Dr Shallenberger after I had made a miraculous recovery. Unfortunately, my dogs were still very sick and i.v. ozone does not metabolize in dogs blood. I was informed by Dr Shallenburger’s Russian trained associate, Dr Maged, that In Russia ozone IV Is mainstream medicine. In my effort to learn more on the subject I purchased Velio Boccis' Book: Oxidative Medicine. It was in reading this book that I got the idea to create the Fro3zone sticks. With my previous experience in the RN program and five semesters of chemistry for pre med, I was able to muddle through most of the latin and ended up with the first rendering. I still didn't know if it would work, however as It turns out I didn't know it would work so well! I tried it out on myself first and then my dogs and to my surprise It worked on all of us!
