He has worked extensively with product design and product life cycle management. Jim has lived and worked in various U.S., Asia/Pacific, and Caribbean locations; including Dallas, Texas; Anchorage, Alaska; Taipei, Taiwan; Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; and Kingston, Jamaica. Jim holds a degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from Southern Methodist University, and is an active member of the Anchorage Cannabis Business Association (ACBA). In his spare time, Jim likes to play classic rock and blues guitar.

Conrad Daley is a medical cannabis advocate, award winning grower, consultant, and patient.  For the past decade, he has utilized, witnessed, and come to understand the benefits of Cannabis as medicine.  This experience revealed the connection between healthy plants and premium medicine.  Health is of the upmost importance to Daley, and it drives all his life decisions, especially those regarding the health of his plants. Daley owns High North Organic and has consulted Alaskan MMJ patients with personal grows since 2014.  His mission is to assist growers in growing quality medicine without liquid nutrients and harmful toxins. Daley has spoken at events in Washington Oregon and Alaska. Daley is the director of horticulture at The Alaska Cannabis Institute.
